LET’S TALK HEALTH WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

GETTING STARTED:

We offer wholesale pricing to qualified health practitioners, individuals or companies who would like to distribute our products. In order to comply with local, state and national laws, we have established the following criteria for potential wholesale accounts:

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • California residents or companies must provide a valid business license and resellers license
  • Individuals or companies outside of California need to provide a valid business license.
  • Wholesale customers are not eligible for special offers through our Internet store for our Let's Talk Health Club members or other discounts offered to our customers.

HOW TO ORDER:

Once you are approved as a wholesale account, our new website provides access to a wholesale web portal to order your Let’s Talk Health products. You can also call our office at: 888-950-2190 or email: customerservice@letstalkhealth.com

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any domestic orders over $300.

OPENING ORDERS:

A minimum order of $400 is required on opening orders. Orders must be paid for before items are shipped out. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.

RE-ORDERS:

$200 minimum order is required for re-orders.

LET’S TALK HEALTH EXCLUSIVITY

Wholesale accounts are only allowed to sell Let’s Talk Health products through their own practice, store or social media account or website. Let’s Talk Health maintains an exclusive right to sell their products through Amazon, Ebay, WalMart and other web distributors. Wholesale accounts that are found to sell outside of their own distribution channel will lose their wholesale status.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Payments through all major credit cards, Stripe, Paypal, Amazon Pay and checks are all accepted forms of payment.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Shipping is processed on the day of your order unless otherwise requested. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact customerservice@letstalkhealth.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
