Returning Customers Account Reset

Thank you for visiting our new website! As an existing Let’s Talk Health member who is registered on our previous site, there are a few steps you need to do to access the new site with your customer profile.

Due to new government mandated security measures, your online password from our previous website will not work on the new website. This is for your protection and security.

Here is how to set up your new password:

Step-by-Step Instructions

1Click the Log In link at the top of the home page (do not click Create Account as you already have an account).

 


2Under the Headline: Returning Customers - Enter your registered email address you had with our previous site. If your computer “autofills” your password — erase the password. Underneath the password box, click the link that says: Reset my password.

 


3A box should come up that says: A link to reset your password was sent. Do not click the box that says: Click Here To Continue as you need to check your email from us that provides a link to reset your password.

 


4When you receive the email from [email protected], click the green link on the email to reset your password. This will open up a new window for the next step.

 


5The new window will ask you to enter a new password and confirm the new password. It will also ask you for a set of Verification letters and numbers that are case sensitive. This is also for your protection. (Already Registered User Power Tip: If you want to keep the same password as you had on the previous site, you may use that as your “new password” as you have verified who you are.) After entering the password and confirming, click the red link that says: Save New Password.

 


6Once you have completed step six, you should see your name logged into your account so that you can explore and place your order.
