Parkinson's is characterized by a creeping paralysis of the musculature of the entire body. Concurrently a tremor of the hands begins and slowly gets worse and becomes totally uncontrollable. The damage is to the dopamine secreting neurons in the brain. Even more distressing to the patient is the increasing inability to initiate movement or to change a movement - such a turning a corner or turning over in bed.

Research has documented that there is a depletion of glutathione in the brain in Parkinson's disease. Subsequent use of glutathione intravenously demonstrated a 42% decline in disability. Suggested use is 1 tablespoonful twice daily for one week, then 1 tablespoon daily. After ease is reached, reduce to 1 teaspoonful twice daily.
