Vitamin C is the most used vitamin in the world. One of the reasons is that the human body does not either make or store this all important vitamin. It is an absolute fact that 500 years ago, you could eat one peach off a tree and get your normal daily requirement of vitamin C. Today you would have to eat at least 6 or more peaches.
