I'm OK was designed for assisting the body with the symptoms of upset stomach, diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, gastritis, ulcers, parasites, colitis, and diverticulitis. I'm OK does not inhibit the production of HCI, so it does not interfere with normal digestion. This fast-acting formula contains bismuth citrate, ginger, peppermint oil and citricidal in a base of heavy Aloe Vera juice.

Bismuth citrate is the most effective form of bismuth. It destroys campo-lacto pylori, the bacteria that causes ulcers and is far more effective in treating ulcers than Tagamet™ and other HCI inhibiting drugs. Ginger has been added for its ability to reduce nausea. In a double blind study, ginger was shown to be more effective at reducing nausea and motion sickness than Dramamine™. A time-honored remedy for indigestion, peppermint oil soothes the smooth muscle lining of the digestive tract, making it an anti-spasmodic. It also stimulates bile secretion. Citricidal is an extract of grapefruit peel. This concentrate is a very effective anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal medicine in very small concentrations.
