I have taken this for years. My eye doctor suggested flax oil and after drinking the awful stuff, I tried these capsules and discovered other benefits besides helping dry eyes. My skin was better and my digestion was better. I have tried a few other brands and these just are the best.

An excellent product May 27, 2008

This is an excellent product. For more than 10 years a have a dryness in my scalp. The first time that I went to se a dermatologist on this problem I was diagnosed with psoriasis and I refused to take medication for that treatment. A year later other dermatologist gave a diagnosis of neuro-psoriasis and he gave medication (Anti-fungus medication) and a special shampoo and scalp lotion. I was in this treatment for 3-4 years. During this time the problem disappeared while I was taken the medication but it came back. I stop taking the medication because it was very expensive and I was aware the anti-fungus medication caused damage to the liver. Two months ago, I started taking the fish/flax and the dryness in my scalp disappeared. I do not need to use any special shampoo or lotion and take a medication that damages my leaver. My theory is that this magic oil balance the levels of the EFA in the body provides and internal heal.
